Today, i'll be sharing an easy and crispy potato recipe that anyone can try.Its the common challenge of finding satisfying snacks that are both easy to make and tasty, especially for potato lovers.
We've all been there, scrolling through social media or searching for recipes online, looking for that perfect snack that's easy to make and actually tastes good. But let's be honest, it can be a real challenge to find something that hits the spot every time.
I mean, think about it. Most store-bought snacks are either too salty, too oily, or just plain boring. And if you're trying to make something at home, it can be hard to get it just right.
But fear not, my friends, because today we're going to tackle that challenge head-on with this incredible potato recipe.
Let's start with the ingredients:
Of course we need :
3 potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup of all-purpose flour (maida)
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 onion
1 capsicum
And some simple spices...
Grate the potatoes and squeeze all the extra water from them...
Chop onions and capsicum and take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan... cook these veggies in this oil for 4-5 minutes..add 2 tbsp soya sauce in it...
In a bowl,take eggs and whisk them slightly..add all-purpose flour and mix it..then gradually add milk and keep mixing to make sure there is no lump in the batter...
Add 1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp garlic powder in it...
Now add the cooked vegetables and egg,milk batter into the grated potatoes.mix it properly..
Grease oil on butter paper in the baking tray and spread this batter evenly on it..bake it at 180°C for 30-35 minutes in the pre_heated oven..
For the topping,take chicken tikka topping..(You.. can cook it at home).. I am using ready to cook topping..cut the red bell pepper in slices..
After 30-35 minutes of baking, take the baking tray out of the oven and spread chicken and red bell pepper on it..add some cheddar cheese and bake it again for 10 minutes...
When it's done, cut it into slices and enjoy...
