RIP Steve indeed…my only direct contact with Steve was when we were texting a couple years ago about a show we had both been to, the July 89 show at JFK in Philadelphia. What an interesting guy and great and skilled communicator. My copy had a weather delay in middle America and is now scheduled for 9/27. Can’t wait

Can wait for my set to come here I just got a new cd player after decades of ignoring this form of music. Now I have a new excuse to buy all sorts of dead music! Just take all my money lol

Don't waste your money. You can get anything that was ever recorded by or about the Dead.

Fun fact about today’s TIGDH 9/25/81). This was same night stones opened tattoo you tour at JFK so lots of Lehigh students, myself included, had a tough choice to make

What did you choose?!?

@@davidlemieux2129 went to the stones show and regretted it a day later when I got the tapes (haven’t heard in years but my recollection was no Jerry vocals for first song and a half then big audience cheer when it starts working). I knew a brave soul or two who left JFK and caught from about drums onward. In other news, my spring 78 box due tomorrow so digging into the “light into ashes” show at the fox. Wow, what a first rate “time killer” that I haven’t listened to in awhile. Keep ‘em coming Dave, thanks for being OUR archivist…the vault is in good hands.
