I was there right there in Cameron at center court half way up in the stands. That ws my first Grateful Dead concert. It was unbelievably goodand I saw them for the next forty years. My favorite band ever.

aaw man, i made the mistake being born in 1999, but I am so grateful for all the recordings that I can listen to online

@Lordementor96 being born when you were is not a mistake. Music from any era that stands the test of time and brings people at any age to it is in fact timeless. So, enjoy and be glad you have the opportunity and the good sense to recognize the greatness of The Grateful Dead.😍❤️💯✌️

I was born 1976 in the Hollywood Hills. I caught the end of the Dead Scene right after Jerry Died in Santa Cruz, CA. I studied Agricultural Ecology there at the University. I ended up dropping school to make Glass Pipes. Me and my Friend were so out of control throwing parties. I never saw the Dead Live.

I love the way Jerry kind of forces the whole band to cool out the tempo and then he really brings it home. Solo really has peaks and valleys. One of the best!

Never really listened to the Grateful Dead until going to a outdoor show in Connecticut in 1978 where they played with the Allman Brothers ,and since then I was hooked listening to the Grateful Dead...

Man Jerry is really on in this one! Great jam here, but my all time is 4/30/77 at the Palladium still. Always loved how this song brought a mellow sense of melancholy. Cheers everyone

78 was a great year. Senior in High School that year , my friends and myself saw them countless times until Jerry passed. Jerry always sang this with great feeling.

Beautiful. I'm a peggy-o fan - big time. 4/16/78 is considered the best. I've listened to hurdrends - the hidden gem is 5/06/78 Burlington, VT.

One of the few 60's "Coffee House" songs that I still like... IMHO: Best GD version still ...the 09/03/77 Englishtown NJ concert. (Dicks Picks #15)

I went to the lot looking for Mescaline for these college kids once. I knew everyone and was buying some Pot for myself. They had bought some Mescaline and loved it and wanted more! No more Mescaline the Dead Kids told me. Those were some times.
