If service is not break and duration of service is 4 years and 240 days then anyone is eligible for gratuity Since 240 days is considered as 1 annual year for employees working in any organisation above ground And 190 days for worker working under mines is considered as 1 annual year 😊

There is no such mention in the gratuity act. To be eligible for gratuity you must complete uninterrpted 5 years. Please refer to - clc.gov.in/clc/sites/default/files/PaymentofGratuityAct.pdf

I have completed 5yrs in the current organization and continuing in the same, since i completed 5yrs service is it possible to withdraw gratuity amount while in the same company/service and continue in the same organization. when i asked my HR they said, 'as per GO you will get gratuity amount only when you leave from the organization' - is it true? i need some money as an urgent base so im plng to withdraw my gratuity. If its possible, i will take my 5yrs gratuity amount and continue in the same organization, then later after 2yrs if i want to leave from orgnization will i get for remaining 2yrs gratuity amount?

No, gratuity you will get only if you leave the organization. If you need urgent money, you can withdraw from your pf or you can apply for loan in your organization

You video states that if we have worked for 7 Years and 8 Months then it should be counted as 8 Years so technically the calculator should show the same amount for 7 Years 8 Months or 8 Years but it shows different amount. Why so?

Chor govt me kidhar gratuity milegi. Employees ko 18 mahine ke Fix Term Contract pe rakha jata hai aur janbujh ke nikala jata hai underperforming dikhake naukri se.
