No need to be confused, it's very simple. Last Pay will be multiplied with the number of years served. If after one year the service is more than 6 months then that will be considered for complete one year.

Gratuity agar company offer kar rahi hai to wo apko pay karney ki paaband hai. Medical ya Kisi bhi aur waja ki bunyad pey company ney agar employee ko "let go" Kia hai, to company pey ba'qaida 1 month notice/pay aur baqi tamam wajbaat adaa karna laazim Hy.
