What about Roundup for ESI calculation, it will newer match until you use roundup formula. And also you haven't use round for your other fields, it will provide values in fraction, that will lead problems with actual figures

You have done mistake while calculating PF @ 12%. PF is deducted only when salary is upto 15000.

12% is applicable when your basic salary+DA is 15000 and which 15000*12%= 1800 and if even your basic+DA is exceed 15000 then also ₹1800 is applicable
