You only hold the button long enough for it to twist your hair from root to tip. When it starts curling at the bottoms it's already twisted enough and then you can just turn the machine with your hand.

I honestly do not understand the people that come to Bunny's videos and madly and angrily criticize her "mistakes" every time she does "Does this thing really work?" I like her videos even when she has no idea what to do while using the products. It reminds me of myself in my everyday life. Sometimes I just don't know how to function. 😃😃😃

I always scream at the screen when I watch these videos. "You're holding the button for too long!!!", "you're twisting the machine the wrong way!", "you don't have to twist and hold the button at the same time!!!", "omg just let me do it!!". I spent a long time as a kid trying to figure out how to do these by hand because I had a Barbie toy that did this to their hair and I wanted it on mine. You take 2 strands of hair and twist them individually in the same direction, starting at the base of the hair, when you get a couple inches twisted, you then twist them together in the opposite direction. Keep twisting the individual strands and twist them together as you move down the hair. Easy peasy.

This is so much work! :O I had one of these like 8 years ago when I was really young, and you pushed the button up to twist the individual strands around themselves and then pulled the button downwards and the head of the machine spun to twist the strands together. So much less coordination required!

I'm pretty sure it's not working because of two reasons. First, you twisted it the opposite direction of the arrow that first time. Then when you did the first curl on the other side, you twisted the right way, and that's why it worked. Second, you're definitely not supposed to hold the button that long. You're supposed to let go before it starts making those weird, tiny curls. Not trying to criticize, just pointing out what I noticed.
@Kameleon_779 жыл бұрын

to those confused~~~ 1- attach the clips to your hair 2- twist with the button NOT MOVING YOUR HAND 3- stop twisting before your hair gets that kinky double twist 4- NOW rotate the twisty machine thing in your hands in the direction of the arrow 5- release your hair from the clips ~~you SHOULD now have that cute twist from the top half of her first test ~~

So, you purposely spelled the words wrong because you're on the internet? I usually spell words the same way all the time because, well, I know how to spell the words. Do you not realize how stupid it sounds when you say you didn't think you had to spell your words correctly? Either you know how to spell or you don't. Being on the internet doesn't make people forget how to spell. Next semester is Spelling 101 if you want to sign up.
@saddblonde59018 жыл бұрын
I didn't spell anything wrong, Idiot, "Their" is saying its someone's, "They're" is saying they are, I said the wrong word. But I spelled the word correctly. Next time you say something to someone on the internet, think about what your saying. Or it may get you somewhere you don't want to be...I think we're done here.

You are supposed to lock your hair in, push the button to twist both strands of hair a little bit, and then twist the whole device without pushing the button. You are holding the button down too long for one, and you aren't supposed to rotate the whole thing while pushing the button... that is why your hair is getting knotted and not turning out right. I am not saying it works, but that is how it is meant to work... watch the informmercial. :)

I think you were twisting it for too long. You should try not to hold the button for so long next time. Maybe you could re-test this out and we could see if that's the problem
@chiklitz9 жыл бұрын
Definitely twisted for too long! The first one was good though
@Sarah-Cornell9 жыл бұрын
+chiklitz Yes, I think she was twisting for too long. I think she was twisting the wrong way on the right side and that's also why it didn't work. But that device does look fun. :)
@sushibu9 жыл бұрын
+evelyn Marshall Yeah the reason why it was doing it most at the bottom was because she would twist it way too much and the tension caused that bottom to over twist while the rest wasn't twisting anymore. Idk maybe because I have played with twisting my hair so much that even if you do this by hand this will happen if you do it too much
@LinneaInWonderland9 жыл бұрын

@nature90109 жыл бұрын
+Kira Quintessence I take that back. The one from the 90's was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. It had 2 buttons. You pushed up to twist the hair, and then down to "braid" the hair. You could also chose between 2 or 3 strand braids. It did it all. I don't even understand why they'd release this inferior one and try to pass it off as a good product. Just bring back the 90's one in a different color lol
@bsmith62269 жыл бұрын
+Kira Quintessence as seen on tv products are reused all the time under a different name. Have you heard of Pixos? Bunny i used to have something similar and you are suppose to do the twisty thing for a shorter amount of time. Like the minute your hair is twisted enough stop before it does that weird thing on the ends of your hair then with your hair still clipped into the device thingy but with it turned off you turn it and the 2 strands of hair will twist together and shall look beautiful hehe :D Thumbs up so she can see?
@StereotypicalBeautys9 жыл бұрын
When you do a rope braid (this one) you twist two sections the same way and then wrap them the opposite way around. It wasn't working because you twisted the same way and then turned it with your hand the wrong way so it undid itself.

You make these videos to test things and not to do it perfectly the first time, so it's perfectly fine that this one didn't go to well. That being said; here is what I think you should do next time: only hold the button for a short amount of time, untill the whole strand is twisted but not to tight. when you want to handtwist it to get a 'rope braid' twist the device the other way as to where the hair is being twisted to. So, if the hair gets twisted to the left, you twist the device to the right. This way the twists lock themselves together and they stay in place :3
@mevrouwroos9 жыл бұрын
Oh and only start hard twisting the device one it has twisted your hair :)
