I am actually surprised that they have not come out with gravel/mtb specific pedals since there are many tutorials on how to hack the pedals. Shawn Miller's video is definitely one of the better ones.

Have you been able to reuse the MTB bolt for the road bike? So you made your Assioma Duos to two Unos and didn‘t buy any spare non-Powermeter Assioma? Thank you for the video. Have been thinking about doing the same and finally found the MTB pedals online.

I only had an Assioma Uno, so thats what I use as the mtb power pedal now. Considering getting another assioma uno so I don’t have to switch back n forth...

good, very good video, but I have a question, how to control the watts at the time of training? since if for example you have to move 180 watts for 5 minutes, in mtb it is more difficult to stay in the zone right? thank you very much

I guess its experience that will teach you to do it, and tbh i dont think mountainbikes are the right bikes to do strict training blocks on. Better for straight roads

@@Fernwee karoo doesn't have a speaker,version 2 is out soon which should fix other minor issues. Roam is better for bigger screen but doesn't reroute very well.

I actually converted these back to road powermeter pedals because I don't really 'train' on my gravel bike that much after all. Would still recommend this hack though, havent had any issues with them!

The M-Force 8 also works with the hack, but is more expensive. M-force 3 uses a different bearing system that won't work with the hack.
