Start with , "you got to take your drive belt off"??..the deck belt? The only thing helpful here is the routing, but dang, everything else is all over the the place .

Can be tension issue in video I show the tensioner in beginning that you can adjust it , belt stretched out or bad pulley bearing physically feel tension

I found a piece of wood jammed in my pulley. I didn't see it the first time. Threw the belt instantly.

Anyone else ever seen the fans that are on their pumps keep slipping up into the belt between the pump pulleys and causing the belt to flip off while running? It gets between the pulley and the belt and causes the belt to slide over the top of the pulleys while running.

There is no need to Jack it up. You can get into it easily from the back.

There are 2 nuts on an I bolt attached to tensioner spring
