I often sit in a local graveyard to eat my lunch.. I suppose I will be lying in one someday soon being eaten by worms !!.. so it is like a dress rehearsal !! lol 😁😂 My Grandfather was at the Somme.. he survived and died in 1963 of cancer. He was cremated at Barum, Kent.. because in those days they thought cancer was infectious by contact !! Anyway.. my Dad was cremated too in his honour.. I think I will be 'shallow graved' wrapped in a black bin liner by my ex wife.. !! lol.. probably in the local woods ! 😂😂

Cheers jimbers, yeh graveyards are very peaceful places full of history, cremation seems to be more of the 'thing' nowadays...I didn't realise the thoughts about cancer years ago....I reckon when we go we just have to think we did the best we could....your grandfather survived the Somme....bloody good on him 🙂🙂🙂
