If you are ever in Afghanistan look for Greek-style sculptures of Buddha ..the man who taught the world the art of spirituality through meditation deep introspective taught a love for _all_ creatures living, animals and humans alike. I think a sculpture of Hindu deity Goddess Saraswathi in Greek style would be great. She is the godess of Arts and Crafts and a Greek style would remind me of the Greek leitmotiv of A perfect human body with a perfect thinking brain Islam is the perfect example of darkness with a deep contempt for education and a free and rational thought. Taliban rule in Afghanistan is a reality just like so many despots ruling in various Gulf nations or like Kim family ruling North Korea. When India can have diplomatic relations with those nations, it can have relations with Taliban too as long as they dont act against our interests. India should start regular trade with Afghanistan through Iran. In time, if situation is favorable, India should try to get contracts to extract rare earth minerals from Afghanistan. With more trade and contacts, Taliban's behavior towards Afghans can probably be altered somewhat.

To change the image of Afghanistan, first Afghani people have to change their radicalised mindset . Afghanistan have always been graveyard of empires, no civilization have flourished their for long time. Still we Indians remember and praise our ancient relation with Afghanistan. That'why india always try to help them. Buddhism, Hinduism already disappeared from their . Now Sikhs are also on the verge of disappearance from Afghanistan.
