That conversation between Wendy and Dipper is one of my favorites in the entire series. As someone who shipped them from the start, I actually love how their relationship turned out a lot more than I would have if they ended up together. I think it’s important to show a relationship which is basically “we can’t be together, but I care about/love you so much.” Their friendship only grows stronger from here, and I’m here for every second of it! Also yeah, there’s a ton of lore in Season 2, so buckle up

@@kingme1313 Pacifica seems to be what the creators are setting up, and there are hints in the comics and stuff But I think you misunderstand. I don’t think Wendy and Dipper should get together NOW, Wendy’s made her thoughts on the matter quite clear and Dipper clearly respects that. I’m saying I think it’d be cute if they got together in a few years, when the age gap becomes not as relevant. For adults, a 2-3 year age gap is nothing.

I actually really liked her after that episode (possibly my favourite ep) and was super disappointed that she basically does nothing else in the series.

I’d put Mable over Pacifica tbh. Mostly cuz Pacifica just doesn’t have enough episodes to show her development in s2. If she did, I’d have placed her higher, maybe above Mabel depending on how well they did it. Wendy is hard to place. When I was a teen I despised her character but when I grew older, I found her cute in her teen ways lol
