Spent my life full of social anxiety and regret and fear. The “you are me and I am you” really got me and I started crying. I’ve felt so alone and invisible my whole life and it’s just...incredible to finally see this world around me beyond the pain and fear. So many people today live in anxiety and anger over what can’t control and miss the beauty around them. Thank you all, so SOO much.

The paradox is, feeling how incredibly connected and in tune Othership is to their humanity and how connected it has helped me become almost makes me feel alien 👽 which says a lot about the current state of the things. Why do I feel alienated to have radical love and acceptance for myself? Why do I feel alienated for having such positive daily practices? That being said, my goodness is life amazing as an alien 👾 🛸

As someone who has felt alien my whole life, my practice in the last two years has focused on learning to be human. Deeply connecting into mama earth, seeking and nourishing heart based connections and learning to honour and flow with my emotions however they show up. Practicing human at every choice. And I found that the alien feeling lifted and I was able to finally heal. Breathwork is a big piece of that. As it connects you back to the god inside of all of us

This was amazing, I just want to share that I am really struggling to feel my emotions and visualise what I want to experience.. I don’t know why, when I started breathwork I would always visualise exactly what you and others were saying (eg in the forest at the waterfall) but now i see nothing and feel less.. just sharing as often sharing helps.. thanks for your beautiful energy.. love you ❤
