I've bounced around different NSDR videos but this is now my favorite. I like it for the good and consistent audio quality, the speaker speaking in a non-forced and normal voice, lack of music, and most of all for the speaker staying with me throughout because I tend to get lost in thought when there is long pauses. NSDR has been a game changer for my racing mind. Thank you so much! Andrew Huberman brought me here and I'm grateful for both your channels 🙌

This works so well. First time I made a little more than half way thru. Twice since I’m out cold almost immediately.

My sleep schedule is currently messed up. I listed to this and fall asleep but can’t stay asleep. So I keep replaying it and keep falling asleep. 🤷♀️

First time doing this felt like I went somewhere, some other place. Pretty peaceful and refreshing. Would keep doing this.
