Gray Seals (Atlantic) at Race Point Beach, Provincetown, MA 08/17/2024

The gray seal, also known as the Atlantic gray seal, is the most common seal species along the U.S. East Coast. This video was filmed at Race Point Beach, where I encountered a large group of gray seals, numbering between 100 and 200. It was my first close-up experience with seals on the beach, and it was truly exhilarating. The footage was captured using a 200-600mm telephoto lens, allowing me to maintain a safe distance while recording.
