Now that Castle Grayskull is back again, this can be a 'deluxe' training/sparring device to compliment the spinning one to be placed inside the castle! Base colours and sculpting match Grayskull nicely. MOTU!

I love this idea. And as a guy that has been looking for more stuff for my vintage collection, as well as looking for more options to make 5.5 and vintage customs, these are right up my alley. That was one of my biggest gripes with Masters of the Universe Classics. I didn't have 300 bucks to spend on the "Club Eternia!!!!!!!" figures, or the money and time to go to friggin' San Diego to attend the Comic Con (I live in Ohio). I was ok with them releasing characters like Oolar as exclusives, because that was just He-man...but then they gave him the original style head, which pissed me off. Then they released characters like Shadow Weaver as club exclusives, and that really really pissed me off. Not to mention, when they'd do a regular release, if you didn't order it from Matty Collector the absolute SECOND that it was available, it'd be sold out! I hope these Origins and WWE figures are much easier to find, that Mattel learned its lesson from the 200X fiasco and releases all the figures with ample numbers (instead of releasing like one "new figure" in the line and then 782,091,377,340 versions of He-man and Skeletor), and that they don't do the exclusives so much. Battle Cat being blue as an exclusive is ok...I can miss that one, don't care...but Rio-Blast or Webstor as exclusives? That's just going to piss me off.

Yep, sucks big time but I would keep an eye on some of the online import stores, they sometimes get their hands on stock. That's normally what I do but a lot of time you need to bite the bullet and order from a US site. You get fleeced either way I suppose.

According to our information Mattel Germany has told the Die Welt der Meister-Magazin, a German MotU magazine, that the Masters of the WWE Universe toyline will come to amazon.de in February 2020 and maybe retail also - so it is possible that they are available regularly here in Europe.

This is an awesome idea that can work. It has to be done right though. John Cena's right shoulder looks higher and bulkier than his left. It seems like they were trying to prepose him but it doesn't look that way. In regards to that the original Maters of the Universe figures were not preposed at all. Isn't the whole purpose of the Origins line to give us the possibility that the original line didn't? So if there is already some type of in action sculpting with the figure then it limits the different ways we can pose the figures. I love the MOTU 20XX line but it had a bunch of issues with figures being proposed. The Beastman (Mossman/variant) in that line was the worst. Try posing and making him look good in any other form other than crouching and swinging a whip. The weapons/accessories the WWE figures come with is a good concept but a terrible product in the end. Triple H has the Claws of Terror Claw Skeletor and Cena has two of He-Man's mainstay weapons. Is that all this WWE line going to do is give us new characters with the same weapons we've had on other figures just with a new color scheme? To me that is something that doomed the original line. People/parents got tired of buying action figures made from recycled parts. By the time it started changing people didn't care. What is the point of Terror Claws Triple H figure when the whole purpose of the Skeletor one was it's action feature not just the weapons/claws? Cenas weapons are all wrong. They are basically He-Man's axe and shield but translucent. That means that Cena's weapons would have an added feature that He-Man's don't. Also wouldn't invisible weapons be a bad thing for the yielder? Before you you disagree imagine yourself fighting Darth Maul and your lightsaber is invisible. You don't know where you are striking. I might be thinking too much in to it but it does have me a bit concerned. I think the WWE has many great characters that don't need to borrow from anyone else. The way this is going we'll be getting Koko B. Ware figure with (different color) Startos wings & jet pack. As cool as that sounds we can easily make a custom figure like that on our own. We want new product. We deserve new product. The WWE figures should be what those characters would be like in the world of MOTU and not who they are similar to in that world. I know this line is supposed to be an homage to MOTU but it is too much of the same thing we have had over and over. We want more but with variety and new. One thing is to pay tribute to something and another thing is to keep using something over and over. These WWE figures should have their own new weapons from scratch that fit their individual characters.
