It took me reading the Bible for the 3rd time. Taking 1 year to read it front to back. So 3 years, and the third time journaling through it following a devotion reading through the Bible and on the Bible app where it has devotional’s everyday to break down the scripture and ask questions to make you think and dig deeper. In order for me to finally be reading and comprehending the scripture. Anyone who feels 'peace' when they STOP praying to Jesus only means that they were 100% not a born again Christian to begin with. I became born of the Holy Spirit of God in that moment. I literally felt Him enter my chest (heart). It was a tingly, ticklish feeling and I instantly burst into tears, for I also had a knowing of His precious Love, Kindness, Humility, His CARE. :) There is no "I was born a Christian." No. You must willfully choose to become a child of God on your own. :)

So that’s why no one should blindly trust. Jesus proved he was god through his actions, not just his words. If you don’t do your research, you’d never know what Jesus did or said.

Jesus is the first who was "with God" in the beginning before the creation of the world (read John 17 :5, John 17 :24 & John 1:2) and the last who came to the world to testify to the truth (John 18 :37). This is why Jesus said, I Am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end (Revelation 22:13). I Am He. I Am the first and I Am the Last (Isaiah 48 :12). Jesus said very truly I tell you, surely you would die in your sins if you don't believe that I Am He (John 8 :24). So no other prophets comes after Our Lord Jesus Christ. This is why Jesus warned the people to be careful of false prophet to come to deceive many (Matthew 24 :4-5).

badonlikoy Just because Jesus said I am Alpha and Omega I am the first and the last doesn't mean Jesus is claiming divinity if he was divine he would have said so there is not a single unequivocal statement in the entire Bible where Jesus is claiming to be god or part of the trinity. Question is if Jesus was God why didn't he say so? If Jesus was God how could he not speaking of his own authority? He said the words he speaks were not his but were revealed to him by God. He also made it clear that he could do nothing without the will of God. Jesus was not the first and the last Jesus was born in a stable and there were people there before him and many prophets came before him. There is no evidence whatsoever that Jesus was the first the early Christian conception of Jesus did not exist before Abraham.

Then the Word that became Flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14). So "Whose" Word that became Flesh? Isn't it the Word of God Himself? So the Word was God (John 1:1). And the Word has granted to have life in Himself (John 5 :26) through the Holy Spirit of God the Father Most High (Luke 1:35 & Matthew 1 :20). And the Holy Spirit is "from the Father Himself" and that comes out "from the Father Himself" (read Psalms 51:11, Luke 11:13, John 15:26, Matthew 1:20 & Luke 1:35). This is why Jesus said, My Father who has given them to Me is greater than all, and no one can snatch them out of My Father's hand (John 10:29). For I (Jesus's flesh) and the Father (Spirit) are one (John 10 :30). But in John 17:11-23, Jesus is talking about the Complete Unity, "so that the world may believe that the Father has sent Me. And Jesus never said about Unity in Spirit. Jesus claimed to be God, because Jesus said, For no one who does a miracle IN MY NAME can in the next moment say anything bad about Me (Mark 9 :38-40). Take note that Only God alone can give miracle IN HIS NAME, no one else. But Jesus claimed that He can give miracle IN HIS NAME. No Prophets can give miracle in their names, only our Lord Jesus Christ.

Grayson we can also prove to you that Jesus is God. A few quick examples. Who can forgive sins? God. Jesus can forgive sins! Who can JUDGE for sin? God. Jesus returns to judge the whole world for sin! Who can give you eternal life? God. Jesus says He will give you eternal life! Those are just very simple examples. Even in Is-lame the Qur'an has stated that Jesus comes back to judge the world (for sin). 1 John 5:7 There are three that bear witness in heaven. The Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; And these three are one. We believe in the one TRUE God.
