Your priority is to keep both domestic and international passengers comfortable, happy, and safe! Make sure customers behave and don’t put anyone’s safety at risk. Micro-manage several airplane duties. Multi-tasking is your best friend! Welcome guests upon boarding and show them to their seats by checking their tickets; educate them about airplane procedures and rules by demonstrating with life vests and oxygen masks; walk the aisles and check on any disobedient customers; listen to the pilot’s instructions from the cockpit; be accomodating by providing food and drinks, adjusting the air conditioner, escorting passengers to the bathroom, and aiding them in retrieving their carry-ons or suitcases from the trunks.
