how many inches is the botop of the tire to the bottom of the fender on the front with the leveling kit? How big of a leveling kit was used?

Does the Leveling Kit have the front end sitting higher than the rear end? Seems like the gap in the front is more than the rear. Can the same be done to raise the rear just an inch or so to have it sit perfectly level?
