Super cool! I love the old punch card technology. I started collecting cards this year because of their small form factor and history. I would love to try out the 029 or 129 some day!

I LOVE that you have one of these! These are highly relevant to Forgotten Machines in several tangential ways...

Hoo boy, you're going to learn how leaky and messy grease guns are now! I suggest storing it with the spring tension off, in a place where you don't mind it leaking all over the place. Oooh, you're ready to do a chassis lube on an M35A2C truck now! I know where you could get one... 😁🍻

Apologies my good friend, but this made me ROFL when you started assembling the grease gun. Grease gun 101 was basic mechanic skills growing up in the poor side of town, when it came to maintenance of all things ... in all curiosity will you ever need to manually repack any bearings in those systems, or does it have multiple grease points to "push through"? I commend you on the continued adventure of restoring that monolith - so few of us can respect the genius that went into those things ... I mean state of the art in the day! Dealing with Trailer bearings suck but I am sure if you look up a youtube video you can see what I mean.

Hah! I wish my dad had joined me for the video. I think him seeing how many people liked this video may help convince him for the next one :)

Only use silicon grease for the friction clutch

The actual 23 grease was very close to the same color as the grease you are using to grease the punch clutch
