How do you keep your glasses defogged. I had to start wearing glasses and struggle with it. Contacts are a no go for me.

Just found two products that actually work well. I'm 67 so don't play in leagues anymore however I play a lot of pickup with people my own age and guys a lot younger for an hour and a half each time so lots of heat and sweat. Fog stopper and optic 55 for ar lenses work very well

Been at it for over 50 years. Struggle a bit now with younger players because of mild arthritis in both knees but hold my own. Comes with the age. No thoughts of retirement just yet . Love your channel I subscribed keep it up.

The go-pro lets them see how they are not skating hard enough. (When I was younger I played striker for my AFB's soccer team!!! So we both have that AF thing going I guess. But you hafta take your glasses off in soccer because you use your head, but I wear them sometimes when I play hockey, but I really suck at hockey!) .... 28:16 GOAL!!!! Ross crossed in front and brought defenders in to screen so that might have helped set it up? Shot was awesome top corner on the side of the net he wasn't guarding well; maybe he lost track of where he was because he was out so far? 28:25 Badguy #54 shows the world how much of an asshat he is, GOOD SHOW!!! Is that the "D1 Dave" guy you were talking about earlier? 29:23 GOAL!!!! 29:48 Another one! I think you were right and they tired him out because he would have gotten the last three (even though the shots are pretty good) because he can see them. Mistakes happen when you get tired, learned it from soccer, I did. 35:23 Well, that answers my questions earlier, but he can still stand there and annoy, it's what i'd do :). ... If you only watch pros who make it look easy, you cannot understand how much skill they have. When you see a high school team play with and without their top player, you learn a lot ..I finally subscribed.
