Hello, I may be getting a job between Norcross and Duluth. I am single 20s-30s looking for city life not suburb families but singles perhaps mid twenties vibe and safe not ghetto. I'm a big church guy too. What area would you recommend near that area?

I will be looking for an apartment to rent starting in May or June. I currently work for a tech company in Colorado and am moving to Atlanta to be closer to my family for a couple of years. I am single and 53 years old. Hoping to rent a 2 bedroom apartment in a high rise building. I have looked at the AMLI offering in Buckhead for high rise rentals. But would like to know if you could give me a couple of recommendations for high rises in midtown? Maybe I will just shoot you an email. Love the videos and please keep these informative videos coming.

Hi Alex! Thanks for watching. There are tons of apartments in Midtown. I can't vouch for any of them as I don't dip my toes in the rental market much. But, Sixty11th apartments look nice and in the heart of everything. There's also the Dagny Midtown, Skyhouse, MAA Midtown, Azure. Again, I don't know the ins and outs but that could be a starter list.

I started looking at high rise and condor on Redfin, but had no ideas about any particular neighborhood. I did some google search and saw a lot of peaches in the ATL. 😂

Great video. Do any of the locations you named have a decently supply of homes or townhomes with attached garages. I do have a nicer car and don't want to leave it outside. If not one your list for this video can you recommend an area great for single middle-aged people. Thanks.

Hi there! Thank you for the feedback and thanks for watching! Garages will depend on price point. Many single-family homes in the Intown areas will not have a garage unless you get up to a certain price point. There are several townhomes all over the area with garages however. Actually, Reynoldstown is building a bunch of townhomes that will have a single car garage...right by the Beltline and I feel it's a good age range of ppl that live there. (I've got a video coming up in a few weeks talking about townhomes & show this area). The square footage is smaller - like 1300 sq ft. The townhomes are kinda scattered all over the place but I'd say Reynoldstown, there's some areas in Grant Park, Edgewood and East Atlanta also have some newer-ish townhomes. Buckhead has some nice options as well. Just kinda depends on what vibe you like in a neighborhood.

Oh, and Old Fourth Ward certainly has townhomes too but they get up there in price (not sure your price range).

Hey NP. Not sure I quite understand your question. Are you asking about the Castleberry Hill location? That is the only neighborhood I mentioned that is near-ish to Downtown.

And here is no mention of Vine City or Bolton…. 😂….. and for the people looking for a home with a garage? Good luck with that! My advice is to leave your car unlocked with nothing in it. It will get broken in to.
