Great Borne and starling dodd .. Hiking the Lake district 15 05 22

I was at Ennerdale last week for 10.5 hours walking and 4 summits of just under 3K, walking 13.25 miles and still did not do these two lol. Same car park too, which was a bit of a hairy ride to get too, those roads were so narrow. Great views from Great Borne but bit of a disappointment on Starling Dodd with the summit kern, still, the views were great mind and good to see no falls on this one, cheers Alan

yeah alan for us coming across from county durham its a pain in the back side to get too...we originally planned on doing a long 12miler down coniston but the weather wasnt supposed to see the day out so late change of plan to take these two in ..ha ha no falls thank the lord ..hope you had a good day when you were over ...thanks for watching and commenting Alan ..ATB Andrew

It is got some lovely views around and very quiet never passed anyone till back down along the lakes side ...thanks for watching ATB Andrew🏔️👍
