I think when you opt to criticize the Interior, it's not enough to sit in a chair and telling, but rather you need to show specifics, otherwise there's no reason to do a video.

I've seen the interior, I can't see anything wrong with the interior. It feels well made. If I had to criticize, then I'd say it perhaps a tad tacky, with the orange color leather.

I think there is a big price difference between the BMW and G9. With the price of 1 BMW you can get two G9. So are you comparing apples to apples?

Watched some other first impression videos of this car from norwegian and other western youtubers and they were all saying that the interior felt well built and high quality. Don't know if hes standards are skyhigh but i think the interior looks nice. And the ui design of vw and mercedes looks like a 2014 samsung phone. Xpeng wants to be a high tech brand so their ui matches that. Same with tesla, nio and all the other new ev companies.

Seen it today at dealers showroom, and can confirm review. Seat was a bit too narrow for my liking, and a lot of materials inside feel cheap and not durable. Better than cheap brands, but not anywhere near BMW. To be honest top Skoda Enyaq has similar or better quality of interior. They could have used more time on interior, because from outside and spec wise it's a marvel.

I think you fall into the same trap as other Chinese car reviewers. Saying as an owner of the G9, the interior is great, simplistic and beautiful. Excellent quality and materials. And they really do listen to users and tweak the UI, add new features with every update.

The interior looks better in Black, less kitsch, although it is not overdone , with the European market in mind. BMW made in China is a lot more expensive and as most European EV do not have any surplus value as does the G9, having V2L. In times of energy awareness, it can be considered a great added value that the large energy reserve stored in a long-distance EV, which is usually only partially used, can also be used for many other purposes, an added value that can eliminate the enormous price difference between an ordinary car and an EV, for example if one can use the car as an alternative to expensive Tesla home batteries.

Thanks for sharing, I agree that L9 is a great electric SUV.However, compared to the other videos of this channel, lines of this video seem not that smooth, hopefully it can be improved in the next video.

Perhaps you should consider comparing the G9 to similarly optioned BMWs, AUDIs, and BENZs, look at prices, then knock the G9s interior.

Agree. I was at the launch in the Netherlands. Xpeng has to do a shitload of work on the UI/UX. Howeverrrr, this is way easier achievable than changing hardware and alike. Over the Air updates would make this just a matter of time

We just received 4.2 update in China. UI/UX continue to improve. It’s great that Xpeng really listen to their users.

Yea, really. The only thing that makes me hesitate to buy this car is the interior. Exterior design is kinda bland too...but no doubt performance and feature wise it is way better than BBA

This guy is clearly paid by Xpeng's competitors. What he is saying, is just b**sh**t. I did 2 test drives and ordered the Standard Range version with the complete option package. I completely disagree with your video. It looks like you only want to stand out from other youtube videos by complaining about the interior. The interior is 100% luxury, I was blown away by the quality of the material and how things are organized inside. Shame on you sir.
