I remember climbing Great Gable, hurtling down the screes to Wasdale having set off from Langdale with two fellow walkers. We had a pint then departed and climbed Scafell Pike!! Then back to Langdale!! Was absolutely shattered! Felt ill, sat in my car till midnight nibbling a Mars Bar, couldn’t even face a pint!! Next day we did Jacks Rake!!

Glad I found this, tried to do much the same walk in October. Hunkered down at Brandreth in the wind, rain and clag I decided to cut it short and just pop over to Fleetwith Pike. Saw nothing but my boots for most of the day. Also great to see the other peaks I've been on but not seen :) Not had much luck with the weather in this part of the lakes :D

What a beautiful hiking tour. I never knew about this beautiful region. The views and colours and terrain are amazing! You have to watch your step for sure. I don't know how horses would have liked the rocky terrain but at least their hooves were warm. That was a great story. Not an easy life for that man (or his horses). I cannot believe you wouldn't have packed a lunch - plus you had to run back and fetch your camera after some of the shots so you worked up an appetite. I really love your toque! If this was filmed in November, the weather is nice! Thank you so much Black Crag. I enjoyed this so much. It is such a beautiful country. Happy trails.🌍🗻🏞☀😊

First time I saw one of your videos. . At the very end, I realized it must have been spoof, but had me fooled for a while. . I really like the views of the countryside, and the way you move the camera.. . .Some people swing the camera enough to make one dizzy.. . Thankyou for posting. I have had some experience being lost in the woods. . . Your major error at the end was that you are walking down a gravel road and then you are back in the woods. . . That is when I realized it was all a spoof. . . Just so you know for next time !!!
