13:01 - lock system
15:00 - aguide
17:15 - test
I made fence system lock with angel 26 degree/64 degre, this is make easy smooth, stabil and strong, why i not use 45 degree, if i use 45 degree more hard for move and not durable ans strong like 26 degree. i combine that with toggle clamp and extra addtional look on back fence for make stabil and strong

Similar to the one I built a while ago. The fence track to saw table top joint looks too small, mine was too, and deflected a bit. I am on with building a better one.

@@plywoodworking if you use 16-1” threaded rod and use half carriage bolt it will lock to 1/16 of an inch. If carriage bolt can rotate half turn you will have 1/32” adjustments. Can do analogous for metric. Essentially making ultra fine but quantified lock spaces rather than create ntinuous - helps with repeatability

Ouch!!! NEVER wear gloves at rotating Machines except you don't need your Fingers or Hands anymore... This is too dangerous!!! And also I'm missing Dustextraction on the circular saw. I hope you wear a protection mask and eye protectrion... This is closest to horror and super-gau for your rest of health. I cross my fingers you don't lose anything!
