Emma talking about her daily experience with anxiety and paniac attacks truly would have created a safe bubble for children. Hopefully this will help them to realise that it's okay to go through anxiety. Because she's a celebrity we forget that they can have it too and that they're not stereotypically 'perfect'. It really helps you realise that you still can get on in life with it and that it certainly doesn't stop you from being successful! Thank you Emma for sharing your story! Your vunrablity is inspiring for someone with aniexty!!❤

I've learned more about Emma Stone from this 37 minute video than I ever would have from years of social media. It's very refreshing. She's a Silver Screen Goddess now, but she's had to struggle with these very human problems like anxiety like the rest of us.

So happy about this :) I have a severe anxiety disorder that I am currently working on, and it is a little bit hard to hope for a brighter future. Seeing Emma practice a lot of self-love by choosing bravery, connection and passion over anxiety is incredibly motivating! Thank you :)

This is incredible! Thank you so much for doing this interview. And thank you to Emma Stone for being willing to open up and talk about it. I've thought the same thing - that people who suffer through anxiety and depression, etc. are very sensitive and attuned to people and their environment. It causes us to have emotional rollercoasters and overthink and evaluate everything. For those of us who can fight through it and keep picking ourselves up, we gain perspective and stop turning it inward to beat up our self esteem. We eventually develop a SuperPower of insight and empathy that can be useful in our work. I've started a channel called OverThinkers Anonymous to empower people who suffer through mental disorders by changing the way their paradigm. I think we're missing a whole segment of the population who are sensitive and empathetic and can affect positive change in our society - they've just been trapped in the mental prison of their own mind.

Ah She is a supporting hero for me i hope she lives thousands year and inspire other people about mental health issues they are going through. I daily pray for her long life she is the one i am looking upon whenever i feel panicky or depressed. I hope i will meet her personally one day so that we can sit and talk about our own mental health problems. She is a hope for me.
