You forgot to fuel-proof it. Simply mix up some epoxy and add a little nitro fuel to thin it out. Then brush it all over the engine bay and firewall inside and out. This will help save your Escapade from fuel softening the wood. Plus, it gives it a nice varnished look inside. I completely did all of the inside, servo tray, all of it. Its worth the extra effort and your model will last a lot longer

Wouldnt the oil in the nitro fuel soften the epoxy mixture?

Douglas Dixon epoxy mixed with denatured alcohol works best and you can mix it to the viscosity you like, or just brush the epoxy on straight, which is what I did.

i would mount the engine 90 deg from upright so the muffler is on the bottom of the fuselage

Typically, there are two fuel lines coming off the fuel tank on a glow airplane. One line to the engine carburetor and the other "Vent/fill" line to the muffler. The fill line, where you have the "quick fill" fitting installed, is that line suppose to be connected to the muffler nipple in order to create the vacuum in the fuel tank ? You must have a "T" connector on the Vent/Fill line ?

Which chargeable battery along with charger would you suggest for servo operation?

can you make the plane a 5ch or 6 ch with flaps by cuting the ailerons and using the middle hole for the flap servo

The heat shrink is included it's unnecessary to purchase more. They give you plenty!
