Great series GM Finegold! Just to answer some comments below (not related to this video), I have my reservations about Ding playing 20 Chinese GMs in 3 weeks and regaining his no. 2 spot. Not insinuating any foul play but there has to be an element of comradeship that dulls his opponents competitive spirit - keeping in mind his immediate objectives. That said I think Ding is a great player and a very nice guy who has been through several unfortunate events last 2 years.

I think that only Firouzga and Hikaru can beat Carlsen at Blitz Chess.
@12jswilson2 жыл бұрын
Magnus is the only person who routinely rolls Hikaru in blitz. It's a style thing. Magnus's solid style even under pressure is hard for Hikaru to break. A few years ago there was a rock paper scissors of Magnus, Hikaru, and Naroditsky. Hikaru owned Danya, Magnus owned Hikaru, and Danya weirdly had a big positive online score against Magnus for forever. Then Magnus started crushing Naroditsky too.
@juankplaysmusic2 жыл бұрын
