Why are so many people off frequency on 20, 15 and 10 meters. I'm not talking about YOUR radio, or about not wanting to be on the .00 when you call CQ, I'm talking about when everyone is the same page there are always some guys off frequency. It's not that they are using a drifty or out of alignment radio, it's a phenomenon that happens on these lower bands and never happens on 40 meters. Why?
