I took four of my 90Bea frozen AUSSIE LADY PIES which i had delivered from Phuket to home and then took to Jomtien for you a couple of weekends ago because from experience, i know the exorbitent prices for Aussie pies in Jomtien. Alas and Alack, i had to take them back home and enjoy them with chips and gravy. Ahh well, my gain. So Sad. 😢😢😢😢

I have had the pleasure to stay at the Jomtein Residences last year in september and must say it was the Best a good price great staff A1 from the House Keeping,Maintenance Staff to the Security Staff and the Lobby Receptionist Staff of course Alan just make you feel welcome so much and looking forward to my stay in December this year.Its close to everything Kiwi Bar Steve always make you feel welcome i just jump on my Rental Bike which Swiss Bike Rental supply for me and they are the Best indeed Eric is A1.Thank You jason for doing another clip on these fine Apartments just superb cheers.If anyone would like to know more about these feel free to drop me a line ok.Jason anynews or update when it will go back to 2 way traffic at all.😃

I found a place called Royal Park apartments, great price, daily, Weekly and Monthly, prices are great .... The only thing was the price of Electric and water was high all one bedrooms Jason you should check them out well worth it. And they are much cheaper than what you just showed , 18000 baht a month or about 700 baht a night.

Good to see monthly term rentals for people staying a long vacation. We spoke a while back about some places for a month only. During my search on ABnB I've seen the prices DO NOT include utilities and you are billed 2X or more the govt rates with large deposits outside ABnB, so viewers beware. Also there are a few that look quite a bit sketchy arrangement with not talking to security and you are family staying there. Anyway looking Fwd to the Pratumnak vid but all are a first to see.

Re: the condos, they're all nice, but seem a bit expensive. I stayed in a studio condo in the Acqua Condominium building on the other side of the Copacabana for a month (mid-April to mid-May) for under $700. I guess I got lucky because short-term rentals aren't always the easiest to find, so you end paying a little more.
