Finally someone who doesn't use the Strandberg as a brutal metal scrubber, but rather plays a fine, clear sound. Thank you very much! 👍👍👍

Thanks for the great content as always Tomo. I love this guitar as my travel machine. I saw it was coming and preordered the red. I wanted the straight frets over fanned. I’ve had it a few weeks now and for my first Strandberg I’m so impressed. I’m glad to see you joy it as well. Keep the positive vibes coming Sensei.

@@stoneyroberts9118 that's literally the only thing that's keeping me from buying this. I'm still strongly considering one. But I like how this model has the regular nut so no pinging across the zero fret when you bend strings. Of course their trem models have zero frets, which I've experienced the pinging or scratching deal with. Hmm...such a hard decision. I love the idea of the ergonomics and light weight but I just don't know if it'll ever beat a double locking trem for stability

I would love to try one out some day. How was the transition from a "normal" neck to the Starndberg Endure-neck? Was it easy or did it take a little while?
@TomoFujitaMusic5 ай бұрын
Never thought anything about that part. So easy to play. It makes a sense about thumb position!
@jrflattop5 ай бұрын
I would agree with Tomo. It’s my first go on this neck as well and I feel it’s perfect and not noticeable. I almost feel it encourages even better training for thumb positioning when I go back to an old school neck.

@@TomoFujitaMusic Yes I recall late 80's first seeing one with no headstock? Floyd Rose was still new and exciting too! By 2008 bought an ESP MII - NTB made in Japan and it’s still going strong. If it works it is good. 😍

I think the 25 1/2 mensur and the new much more "simple" bridge makes way more of a difference than is explainable, comparing with all the fanned fretted Strandbergs I've played. For the better that is, in my opinion.

I'm glad you seem to like this instrument. I've been playing headless ergonomic guitars for about 20 years now and truly enjoy them. Changing strings on the Strandberg is really quick and easy. Place the ball end of the strings in the tuners on the body, put the string through the mechanism near the nut, pull tight (not too tight) and lock the string with an allen key... tune to pitch and cut off extra string length. I'm very curious to know the brand and model of the solid state amp you're playing through... you're getting some great tones out of it. Hope you have time to answer. Best regards from Montreal Canada!

Thank you so much for sharing Tomo! The Strandberg sounded absolutely amazing! the way you play also makes the guitar stand out. My only question would be does it have a floating bridge to dive bomb with or to use as a vibrato, I did not see a trem arm so maybe it's a hard tail. Thanks again.
