Oooft your spike technique at the start Coach Donny is like mine, I feel like I approach too late, which means I'm still travelling upwards whilst the ball is in my strike zone; instead I need to trust my jump and commit to an earlier approach so that during my hang time (peak of my jump) the ball then comes into my strike zone ... Good vid as always!

Pre-match, coach donny form changes a lot when spiking from the right. Way different than the regular form.on the left. The shoulder moves differently.

Elevate yourself. You are a volleyball coach. At 41seconds (ish) you slow mo your hit and I would highly recommend that you be reaching WAAAAYYYYY higher with your left hand. You're taking away from your vertical by not reaching higher. Thoughts.
