Hi there man, first of all thanks for your video, it’s extremely useful. The best I’ve seen on KZbin so far! I want to install my engine crash bars on my AT, which I’ve purchased with the upper crash bars already installed. In order to do that, removing the belly on both sides should be enough correct? I should just slide the engine bars underneath the upper crash bars on the mounts and screw it back together as far as I understood from the videos. I just want to optimize the time it’ll take me to install those due to long drive ahead! Thank you so much in advance

Yeah, man. While it’s a bit more difficult with the uppers installed, I think it could be done.

Geebus, that's a job I don't wanna tackle, nor pay the labour for a dealer to do. I guess no crash bar, or just something more basic (and less protective)

Yeah, it’s not an easy job, but the number of times I’ve dropped my bike makes it worth it.

Hello again Great Egret :-) I'm a little late for adding this, but us guys in my neighborhood usually put blue locktight on average bolt up, and purple on small fasteners, to prevent loss on rough trails. Just an idea? Many people don't bother and have great luck anyway.

Honestly, I really don’t know why I didn’t use blue loctite on this. I typically do and just neglected to on this job. I’ll blame recently moving and not knowing where the loctite was. 😄

I don't believe you can. Each are pretty unique and depends on the installation of the other.
