AMEN CARLIE!! Thank you for saying that stuff at the end. My dad was horrible about expressing his love towards me when I was growing up and he was always very hard on me. Now I'm realizing that I'm hard on myself and I don't give myself credit for anything I do just like my dad did to me and I find it extremely hard to love myself. I think if he did a better job telling me he was proud of me or at least saying I love you once in a while I would be better off.
