@@priyanshukansall5291 hi you can use as your last step of the skincare its a bit thick ..so maybe at night if not day..use it as spot treatment wherever there is redness or burning..I use it at day and night both if you are comfortable you can do that .

Before trying anything..please first check your hair porosity!! Hair porosity is equally important as we check our skin type before following any skin care regime and products. Based on hair porosity, select your products and I also recommend genuine youtubers like SAM to mention this detail before mentioning any product🙏

@@Varsha123Varsha take a glass of water and put one of your hair strand in it...wait for 6-10mins...after that if you see your hair strand is still somewhat on the top of the water that means you have low porosity hair, if it sinks at the bottom of the glass, you have high porosity and if it is in between, you have medium hair porosity...that's it.

@@Joynlife19 That means how porous your hair is...you need to buy or use products according to that..for example, I have low porosity hair, that means whatever the products I use it settles or create a layer on my hair as my hair strand has less pores so products doesn't penetrate inside my hair...here I am talking about hair strands not the scalp ok? That's why hair conditioners or readymade hair creamy masks doesn't suit me...it creats a layer on my hair, makes it brittle...exactly opposite happens to high porosity hair but if you have medium porosity hair, that means most of the products will suit you...hope you understood👍
