My son is the boy in the Grey Tank as Lebrons side kick. He suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in a car accident a few months ago and is still hospitalized and Lebron has always been his idol and will always remember this commercial he did with him. I always come back to this video about every 6-9 months or so. Because i remember when this commercial first came out, i thought it was one of the great commercials featuring an athlete ever. I remember the days when lebron was on miami. But here i am, finally commenting on this video only because we now face the question again on where lebron will go after his heroic and EPIC season he had, in year 15. I think about all the times i watched this video, and all the games i watched lebron, being a fan of his since when he first went to miami in late 2010. And now 8 years later i watch this video yet again and it finally brought tears to my eyes when all the other times it almost did. The reason why i'm finally in tears is for multiple reasons. 1, is because we're witnessing the greatest athlete to ever have played the game. And realizing lebron is in his FINAL chapter of his career. Whatever team he picks for his 16th season, will most probably be the last team before he hangs it up. Remembering all the games he played, and how much in awe i am, even still recently, of all the things he can do on the court. You really take for granted how special he is and only people will realize how special he was, once he's gone. The time is now, if you're not a lebron fan, to finally embrace his presence in the game. Because once he's gone, there won't be another player like him. The athletic skills and dominance of the game. His stature and intimidation he brings because of his size, speed, strength and SKILL. He's the reason why i consider him the GOAT. Even with his many finals losses. I just wish we can rewind time to where we all can be in our own personal "better" place. Whether it was only last year, 2 years ago, 3 years ago etc etc. I wish i can go back to 2012-2013. It was an amazing time, for me personally. Because in my life things were easier, and watching lebron almost every game on TV was just that added excitement to whatever i was doing back then. I watch this commercial again to help me remind myself of better times for myself, and because lebron is so great, it really makes everything special.

One of the things I learned from Mad Men is nostalgia is a pain from an old wound. Looking back certainly hurts sometimes but in a good way.
