The franchise is dead already mate, the movie is doing embarrassingly terrible at the box office. The truth hurts but it is better to just accept it and move on. At least we got to experience some classic toho monsters in hollywood blockbuster format for once.

Junone King Once is not enough and I won't say it's dead until the studio announced it. It's box office is performing underwhelmingly but not terrible.

@@JunoneMaster3000 it may only looks that way, but for some reason box office mojo is intentionally ignoring godzilla's international box office especially in china. Until now the tally from china and japan are stuck on june 2 gross. It has already gross 112 million dollars in china yet mojo still saying 69 million. And in japan its been 8.4 since june 2. Some sites said it has already made 449 million other says 350 million, but one things for sure. Box office mojo is not updated their total tally for godzilla for some reason. I dont know why. You can research yourself. Godzilla has made more than 300 million already in 10 days run. If they only do their tally correctly, box office mojo 's outdated tally isn't really helping godzilla's image right now.

That would be a mistake. Kotm is way better than Pacific rim. Godzilla 2014 and kong is even better than Pacific rim 1.

And im not talking about storylines, its a kaiju film. Im talking about in terms of monster fights. Pacific rim was good, but to be honest it wasn't that clear, and the final battle for some reason became boring. Atleast in godzilla 2014 it was darker yet everything was visible you can actually watch the fight. And kong skull island? Probably the best in lighting. But king of the monsters is the winner here especially that final battle. Yes it did have few cutting away to humans scenes but it still focused on the coolest parts of the monster fights.

Everyone have their opinions. but to me Pacific rim got the awesome kaiju fight . Better than 2014 Godzilla last fight scenes. In your list Godzilla 2014 better than Pacific rim . I don't think so.

Kong Skull Island had better fights than Godzilla KOTM. Most of the fights in Kong Skull Island occurs during broad daylight while Godzilla KOTM fights are always at night and covered with fogs and dust I can barely see them fighting.

None of the monsters are real and whoever writes the script could write it however they see fit. There are many monsters that fly, or are faster and more agile, or have different weapons. I find Godzilla somewhat boring compared to some other monsters.
