Greatest rise in anti-Muslim hate recorded in the UK since Hamas attack on 7 October

Anti-Muslim hate has more than tripled since the Israel-Hamas war began, according to Tell Mama - a project that records and measures incidents of Islamophobia.
In the four months since Hamas's attack on Israel, 2,100 cases of online and offline abuse have been recorded.
It is the largest number of cases in four months since Tell MAMA started in 2011.

Islam does not teach hatred for everyone and everything other than itself. For example, Muslims are taught to protect the places of worship of all faiths. They're taught not to compel anyone towards religion through "There is no compulsion in religion" which I believe is in the 2nd chapter of the Quran. The meaning of Islamophobia Why are people using the term Islamophobia. Phobia is to be in fear of something like agoraphobia , (the fear of open spaces or going outdoors ) So when someone makes a comment about the behaviour of a Muslim who's religion in Islam, that person (who made the accurate comment) gets told they are an Islamophobe which in English actually means fearfull of Islam, which in a lot of cases that's true. It doesn't mean the same as being antisemitic. It's about time the proper meaning of such words was made clear to stop nonsense being spoken.
