GREATEST SANDWICHES EVER MADE from vegetables

The recipies you show here are delicious, I know as I tried them after watching your previous vid. I don't have a smoker, but even unsmoked these are so tastey and fun. I shared these sandwiches with others too and when you see them devour the food with huge smiles and exclamations of joy it's a real kick to see. Defo serious brownie points earned. I am now a better cook being a vegetarian than before, where just slamming a piece of meat in a pan was the go to way of cooking. Now I have a far greater range of ingrediants and tastes. As a side point, one of the people that tried the sandwich said it was the best they'd had, including the £18 burger they bought at a posh deli. Backs up the point you made re lack of choice.

Love these recipes. I do a roast beef thing with celeriac where I brown it like a side of beef and then roast it for hours and it's delicious, so I completely believe your deli meat version is as good as you say. There's some kind of magic you get from cooking these big root veggies whole. You showed in my feed and since I'm veg based, was hungry and love sandwiches I had to click. I'm not even a quarter of the way through and haven't seen the sandwiches but had to comment. I can already tell this channel will be an inspiration. Now if I could only get my husband to eat the same way I do. Having worked in restaurants most of my life it's disappointing to see veg as a sad overcooked side, at least it's changing now, your channel contributes to that positive change.
