I like this, but if you do any equipment/auto repair you may find that a beam and trolley system would be a nice upgrade that would allow for more flexibility.

I hope so too. The unfortunate thing is that in the last year, youtube has made new rules about showing "gory content", and they've specified that gutting/skinning an animal qualifies as gory. They also made a new rule about showing the actual shooting of an animal. So, it's basically killed hunting videos. People can still post them, but youtube will not let them earn any money. So a lot of hunting channels are moving to patreon or similar. It's one of the things that prompted me to start a patreon, because it's a place I can post those kinds of videos.
