Words cannot express the gratitude that I feel in my heart for these meditations and to everyone doing them along with me. I feel connected to all of you out there doing the hard work on themselves and loving themselves like they’ve never been loved by anybody and then sharing that love with the world. It truly is a miracle because the darkness we experienced in our lives could have easily turned us to another direction in life but we chose to love ourselves and that is truly amazing. ❤️
