I plugged connected a stand up light weight fan to my T300, and now it doesn't work. Could I have tripped a circuit? Thanks!

What battery cells are in it? 18650 or 21700?

18650 there's no branding that I can see anyways with totally breaking it down. But I've been using it for a hot minute and its still kicking.
