I have a concern about how to find out if we are midway as the ups and downs keep happening so often with no recognisable pattern. Can you please try to share notes about how the timeline can vaguely look like so that we keep ourselves motivated to keep going. Thanks for all your videos and suggestions ❤

Hi I find lots things useful like Abraham hicks to motivate towards feeling better. Tanner and others great in relaxing nervous system in practical ways but there’s a lot of ways to help u keep calm and motivated.

Yes, I can do a video on this in the future. But in my experience in working with people timeline for healing can vary greatly. It can be important to not compare our healing to others. This is a good video topic.
