The density is hard painfully difficult to rise back into 5D. Reminds me of Bi-Polar. Intense satisfaction. Intuition is active. Power being. Clear thinking. Clear decisions. Then boom! I've always used the word Drama. Non beings love drama so if there isn't enough in their life, they will consciously/subconsciously create more. Always interacting outside themselves, never wanting to look inside.

Seeing as most Buddhist use the word desire when explaining the noble truths I'll use it here. Desire is the root of all SUFFERING is what the Buddha says. If you are trying to grasp something in time because of an egoic desire this will cause suffering in some form in the being due to their 3d consciousness and the nature of a 3rd dimensional focus on reality. When you say turmoil... what creates it? A desire to be free from turmoil. I have been in situations that the vast majority of people would say are traumatic but I've been a practicing Buddhist for 15 years and would rather ooze love than desire to change the way things are. When your will is naturally in line with the dao you can do all things because you are all things but when your desire is egoic you do something or get something and the ego is reinforced and a vibe of 'I' got this 'I' want this permeates through all they do.

As you described the qualities of non-being , it struck me that I have felt that way most of my life - not being able to accept life on life's terms and feeling like I showed up under resistance and not wanting to be here- and I have spent most of my life not wanting to be here and wishing things were different. Is there a relationship between depression and the side of non-being? This could be such a game changer. My life long depression has always felt like a manifestation of saying NO to life. My spiritual awakening is slowly turning that around. In the past....joy just felt impossible...but when seen as a tool to elevate ones frequency it takes on a new meaning and creates a sense of purpose around it. I have just come to discover you today Sarah and am deeply impressed..... thank-you! If you feel called to expand on this, I would be grateful. ❤

I tend to think more that it's apathy that is humanities problem. I also noticed since I'm precise and want to do good results people go after me, they very much dislike that there are people who cares about what they do and seem to dispaice (sorry if pronaused incorrectly) passion or care in any field. They always say to me that it does not matter. I get the impression that humanity at large don't really care about anything, not even themselves.

From a psychological point of view, Eric Berne’s classic “The games people play” explain dramatic ego games very well. A more practical book about this theory is “I’m Ok, you’re Ok”. Basically one recognizes the game of trying to turn one’s state into the Not Ok Child, and stays firm in the me ok-u ok position, without being tempted by the egoic game calls. Great book, freed me greatly

I've discovered your channel few days ago and after each video i discover im in awe how beautifully simple your explanations are. Without unnecessary sugarcoating of any form. Simple and straightforward. I love it. In this video you talk about what I've managed to discover in my spiritual journey but what you said gave me more confidence in my discoveries and my perception. Thank you. I still trip on and catch myself on criticizing those "responsible" for the mess or those who profit out of it but then I try remember that even them are part of everything that is and whatever happens wouldn't happen without our permission. Much of modern society revolves around greed. Look around you...what do you see in public? Mostly businesses...entities that exist for a profit motive. Greed is a motive for self satisfaction. Greed is necessary for survival and physical comfort, yet if not kept in check it can be very destructive.

So good. Thank you. When you talked about gaslighting & feeding on the turmoil of the empath, it clicked for me to understand the WHY that drives the narcissist. I have encountered several narcissists in my life who pose as highly evolved spiritual beings. They are healers & leaders in the conscious community. They have taught me lessons in discernment & sovereignty & served as catalysts in my ascension process. I wonder if you would talk more about this phenomenon of narcissism. It seems to be more prevalent than I had imagined. The ones I know are so gifted & have so many good qualities, it’s still hard to believe that they would purposely manipulate another person if they are conscious. Perhaps, on a soul level, they are playing a role to facilitate ascension for so many of us?
