Day 412 of asking Sin for a Fiend Folio run called Fiendish Firsts! But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe if we want to do a really wacky Wednesday you can try the car character mod which as it says on the tin adds a car as a character and I'm going to continue to recommend the future mod since it's quite interesting and my streak looks wrong without something else!

regarding the identified pill at the beginning: you can actually change it in the mod settings that it doesn't show you what a pill is until you actually buy it. This would avoid scenarios like the one here alltogether :p
