this was today’s cooking project for me! I added a bit of curry powder to the creamy filling because I love chicken salad with curry powder, and omg it was so delicious. Since I live alone I’m making big, meal-sized triangles that I will freeze individually so I can have one for dinner whenever I want. Thank you for another great recipe.

What do you have on your oven rack…..a board of some sort? Is there a purpose?

Have just made this and it’s amazingly tasty. The only issue is that I feel the pasty layers in the middle could have been cooked more (they seemed similar to al dente pasta). So maybe next time I’ll bake on a lower heat covered with foil, for half the time. Despite that great recipe, very well explained and easy to follow.

Looks great! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs and igf-1, heme and pesticides in meat. Thank you for sharing
