Greek Chocolate Cake, pastel de chocolate griego

Does it look like any other chocolate cake, right??? Not right 😅. It’s Greek!!! Which means it’s drenched in syrup, not sticky, fluffy. Plus it’s moist for more than 5 days. The cake itself is less sugar to balance out the sweetness , kids and adults love it, super easy and sinfully delicious 😋
375g caster sugar 1 cinnamon stick 150ml water 125g unsalted butter, plus extra for the tray 250g dark and milk chocolate (I like half and half) 3 large eggs 175g flour cocoa powder 75g teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon a pinch of soda ½ teaspoon fine sea salt 200ml whole milk 250ml double cream Sprinkle or fruit (optional)
375g de azúcar en lingote
1 palo de canela
150 ml de agua
125g de mantequilla sin sal, más la bandeja
250g de chocolate oscuro y con leche
(me gusta la mitad y la mitad)
3 huevos grandes
175g de harina lisa
75g de cacao en polvo
1 teaspoon en polvo para hornear
El bicarbonato de soda de teaspoon
Sal de mar fina
200ml de leche entera
250ml de crema doble
Fruta (opcional)

125 جرام من الزبدة غير المملحة، بالإضافة إلى زيادة للصينية
250 جرام من الشوكولاته الداكنة والحليبية
(أحب نصف ونصف)
3 بيضات كبيرة
175 جرام من الدقيق
مسحوق كاكاو 75 جم
ملعقة صغيرة من بودرة الخبز
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الصودا
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من ملح البحر الناعم
200 مل حليب كامل الدسم
250 مللي كريمه الطهى
شيكولاته فارمسيل أو فاكهة (اختياري)
