You've never been in a rocky ship until you've traveled to Chania with old boats Lissos and Lato lmao... My poor mom was always sick on them. Once we traveled from Chania to Piraeus in winter with 8-9 Beaufort winds..

I did a high speed to Milos once against the wind with 35 mph wind… it was like banging your head against the wall for hours on end and all you could hear was people being sick, constantly. I think that’s rare these days but it’s always good to know what to avoid 😬

@@becoming_greekBoth have been deactivated last one was Lato in 2018 I think. My mom would always get sick despite taking anti nausea meds bless her soul. Now it's only Elyros and Eleftherios Venizelos operating that line. Venizelos is the best one... I've missed Crete so damn much.
