@@KensGreekTable Thank you ❤ I made your Moussaka recipe on Friday. Followed direction to the last detail. It's incredible!! I will be trying your stuffed grape leaves recipe next. My love for Greek food was inspired my a book called " Foods from many Greek kitchens'' by Tessa Kiros. She lists many ingredients in their Greek names so it was hard to follow at times. I was very fotunate to Find your KZbin channel. Thank you for doing this. Waiting patiently for your 16kgs Olive oil to be back in stock. Much love from Charleston, SC (I am Ethiopian who grew up eating a Greek Baklava by the way 😍😊)

Cracking up here hearing you say "my balls"!!...and "it'll feed about 6 "normal people" or 3 GREEKS" Sounds like you're saying we Greeks aren't normal! 😆😂 You're too funny! Excellent recipe too, I make them the exact same way like you, having learned by watching my parents! OPA!💖🇨🇦🇬🇷🇨🇦🇬🇷🇨🇦🇬🇷

@@KensGreekTable There IS one recipe I'm sure you'd do a great job at, one of my absolute favorite deserts called "Σκαλτσουνia". They're half moon shaped little pastries, and filled with a spicy honey/walnut mixture and dusted with powdered sugar. If you know what they are PLEASE make them! (But instead of putting wine in the dough for flavoring like so many of these recipes, use OUZO, they'll taste a million times better!) The only ones I see on KZbin have loukoumi in them and that's not how my mother, aunts and Greek bakeries make them . Try looking them up and give it a shot! Thanks Ken!🇬🇷🇨🇦🇬🇷🇨🇦

Typically Evan if meatballs are made and cooked correctly you don’t need breadcrumbs.

I will be making your recipe, hopefully tonight. I say hopefully because I have a couple of questions that I hope you see and can answer as soon as you can. 1- This willl be my first time making many keftedakia, other recipes call for bread crumbs, if you recommend that, how much to 1 pound of ground beef. 2- Is rolling the keftedakia in flour make much of a difference? I am so much enjoying your videos. Your presentations are awesome and so easy to follow. thankyou!
@KensGreekTable

Hi Mary, thank you for your questions and kind words!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Very much appreciated. In my recipes, I don’t use breadcrumbs, BUT if you want to add them, that’s fine. Simply add 1-1/2 cups per pound of ground beef. As for the flour part, rolling the balls in flour will make them crunchy on the outside when you fry them. Good luck and let me know how they turn out...

Don't know why people would switch the mint. If I'm making these,it's to try to get something that tastes different from the standard swedish or Italian flavor.

Greece copies Turkish food, then says they are Greek food.Pastırma, Yoghurt, İmam Baildi,Kazan Dibi, Döner / gyros, Dürüm /Souvlaki, Cacık/caciki, Dolma / Dolmades, Lokma /Lokmades and much more.. On 12.08.22020, the Turkish ship Oruç Reis was conducting seismic research in the Mediterranean, while the Greek military ship Limnos No. 451 wanted to block him.The Turkish military ship Kemal Reis wounded Limnos and 4 Greek soldiers were also wounded.Hero (!) The Greek military avenged this incident by conducting military exercises in the Turkish village of Gökçepınar/Glafti in Greece.Greek soldiers held military exercises inside the village and in its tomb.He set fire to the graves,tore them apart.The Greeks are people who live in a dream world and see themselves as very high up.Our friends are making a fuss that they will take back Istanbul.They glorify their soldiers.His soldiers are abandoning the living Turks and now dealing with the dead.The cemetery also conducts military exercises.Very heroic soldiers indeed:)))
